The system is designed to meet viscosity requirements of this operation, Le. Applicability by rollers and trowels. Also, the pot life is short. PLIOGRIP HARDENER PH 24 curing agent is of the very low viscous type that helps to reduce mix viscosity. • TYPICAL PROPERTIES OF PLIOGRIP EPOXY RESIN PER 500  TYPICAL PROPERTIES OF PLIOGRIP HARDENER PH 24  MIX RATIO (PARTS BY WEIGHT) AND POT LIFE AT 25°C IN MINUTES  The above mix has a viscosity of about 1250 CPS @ 25°C TYPICAL PROPERTIES OF UNFILLED CASTINGS, CURED 16 HOURS AT 250C AND 3 HOURS AT 100 0C  TYPICAL PROPERTIES OF 14-PLIES OF 181 STYLE GLASS LAMINATE CURED 7 DAYS AT 25°C  SAEFTY PRECAUTIONS: Direct contact of Resin/Hardener with skin should be avoided. Use of hand gloves while handling them is recommended. Splashes on the skin, if any, should be removed immediately with soap and lukewarm water or with a suitable remover. STORAGE: Should be stored in closed containers in cool condition away from direct sunlight. Shelf life of Resin & Hardener @ 25°C. is about 18 months from the date of manufacturing.
